What helped us a lo, besides excellent customer service, is that when people call about your home, they make sure that the buyer is pre qualified or not. That seperates buyers from unqualified buyers. I have been telling all my friends to use For Sale By Owner system to sell their home. I was so happy that I sent the whole For Sale By Owner staff gift cards to Starbucks.
